Is your child or children you work with struggling with spelling?

Are you at a loss as to how to help?
Are you wanting to widen your spelling support toolkit and understand additional ways to support your child/ the child you work with.
We Will:
- explore a variety of strategies you can use with children to find the ones that work for them
- demonstrate a research method of 'cued spelling' to effectively help move spellings to children's long term memory
- share strategies for maintaining the spellings in long term memory
You will be able to make a difference to their spelling experience, giving them the gift of writing to automaticity!

Session Leader: Sarah Singleton
The session is led by Sarah Singleton. Sarah is a Level 7 (Dyslexia) Specialist Teacher with nearly 30 years of teaching experience. She was an advisory teacher in mainstream schools for 12 years and is now an independent consultant and Director of SEND Station Ltd.
